Another Scorcher

I pulled up all the onions today. I have pickled the smaller ones tonight and the bigger ones are still in the shed to be tied up and stored. The onion beds were directly in front of the greenhouse so we have dug over the beds and marked out a path. Rob has planted a row of lettuce in the side bed and sowed a row of raddish in front of them. It has been another very hot and dry day.
We dug up one row of Arran Pilot as they were looking a bit wilted. We got a brilliant crop from them considering they were from the pound shop. I also emptied my pot of Charlotte and was very pleased with the result.
I planted a row of Aster, Duchess, given to us by Trevor, along the Dahlia bed.
We made a bit more progress with the greenhouse glazing but it is still not finished.
Once more we did lots of watering and weeding.
