The Great Bonfire Raid

The onions are in. We had a lovely downpour this morning which softened the soil beautifully and we were able to plant the onion sets. Four rows of 15 yellow, four rows of 15 white and three rows of 15 red.
Rob has started work laying the paths between the beds on plot 18 as the previous chap took all his slabs with him when he went. We cant afford slabs so have gone for woven sacking topped with wood chip. A big bonfire is being built on the site and we found some good pieces of wood to use for edging on there.
